主题以人为本的IT技术  People-Centered IT

讲座内容一

Technology is often viewed in isolation: faster processors, bigger storage, quicker data transfer, more "blinky lights" as engineers often say. Ultimately, however, technology must benefit people who will use it to accomplish professional or personal objectives. As a result, focusing on how real people interact with technology and determining how to make it as effective for their goals as possible is of greater benefit to the organization than simply concentrating on the latest specs.

Focus on:

    Benefits to the organization

How people working towards the goals can most effectively work with the technology

How frequently they work with it and the implications for their interactions with it

The opportunities for quantum leaps in outcomes

Ways of communicating about the technology at a human level

Ultimately, technology is only as effective as the it is in the hands of those who use it. Make your technology count.
